Mesh banner is a perforated PVC coated scrim where a percentage of the surface area consists of small holes (open area). This perforation allows wind to pass through the banner, reducing the wind load on the supporting structure by 30–50% compared to solid banner. Grace Color's mesh banner range is available in 30%, 40%, and 50% open area configurations, with the solid printed area maintaining full color vibrancy. Mesh banner is the standard choice for building wraps, scaffolding covers, and large outdoor installations where structural wind loading is a concern.
