PVC flex banner is technically a coated fabric — a polyester scrim (woven fabric) coated on both sides with PVC compound. The scrim provides tensile strength and dimensional stability, while the PVC coating provides the printable surface, waterproofing, and UV resistance. Grace Color manufactures its flex banner fabric using high-tenacity polyester yarn in various thread counts (9×9 to 18×18 per cm²) to achieve different weight and strength profiles, combined with UV-stabilized PVC compound for long outdoor service life.
