Blockout Banner Fabric for Double-Sided Billboards
Grace Color's blockout flex banner features a carbon-black middle layer that completely prevents light bleed between two printed sides. The preferred substrate for double-sided billboard frames, hanging banners, and any application where print-through must be eliminated.
Blockout flex banner is a three-layer construction: white PVC coating on both faces with a carbon-black opaque layer sandwiched in the middle. This construction completely blocks light transmission between the two printed surfaces, making it the only suitable substrate for double-sided billboard frames where both sides are printed and illuminated simultaneously. Grace Color's blockout range is available in 500gsm and 650gsm, with tensile strength exceeding 400N/5cm for large-format outdoor installations.
